Application Engineer

As part of the Industrial X-Ray Systems (IXS) division our Comet Yxlon brand delivers advanced industrial X-ray and CT solutions for reliable non-destructive testing analysis and quality assurance in semiconductor electronics automotive and other high-tech industries.

What you will do:

• Reports directly to Regional Head of Sales
• Reports in dotted line to Director Global Application & Training
• Application support in technical discussions and demo preparation with Sales team
• Expert Training to Customers for our main product in Semi
• 1st line technical interface between Comet and customers

What you bring:

• Conduct on-site advanced application training for (key) customers and provide customized solutions.
• Proficient in VG Max and Dragonfly advanced analysis and applied related functions to support project competitiveness.
• Assist in preparing local marketing materials and conducting demonstrations at exhibitions and customer events.
• Accept being exposed to and able to support technical presentations at customer and marketing events
• Support developing and improving application strategies to identify competitive advantages
