Job Summary
Reports to: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time field and office based
Job Purpose: The Engineering Manager is the highest technical authority in the project and is responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure works are executed according to approved drawings technical specifications schedule and budget. The role acts as the companys internal engineering consultant and supervises the engineering team while managing technical coordination with subcontractors and the relevant authority.

طبيعة الوظيفة: يمثل المرجع الفني الأعلى في المشروع ويتولى ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال البنية التحتية وفق المخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية والجدول الزمني والميزانية. يشرف على الفريق الهندسي ويراجع الدراسات وينسق الاعتمادات ويقيم عروض المقاولين ويتابع التنفيذ ويعد المستخلصات والتقارير وملفات الاستلام الفني.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review engineering studies and complete missing technical elements.
- Coordinate with the authorities to obtain approvals quickly.
- Prepare technical specifications for subcontractor tenders and evaluate technical proposals.
- Supervise roads water networks industrial water stormwater industrial wastewater electricity telephone fiber-optic networks and surrounding green areas.
- Prepare and review monthly payment requests and weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Supervise site engineers and the quantity and cost engineer.
- Prepare technical handover files and coordinate inspections and preliminary acceptance.
Academic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; a masters degree or professional certifications are preferred especially in Project Management.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects including 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role particularly in industrial cities master planning and highways.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Good familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Good familiarity with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Knowledge and skill in preparing quantity and schedule/progress reports.
- Ability to analyze data and provide innovative solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in Quantity Surveying.
Personal Skills: Leadership personality strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven record of integrity and honesty.

Personal Skills: Leadership personality strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven record of integrity and honesty. 1. الشهادات العلمية: بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية ويفضل ماجستير أو شهادات مهنية لا سيما في إدارة المشاريع. 2. الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في البنية التحتية منها 5 سنوات في مسؤولية إشرافية أو إدارية (مدن صناعية مخططات تنظيمية طرق سريعة) 3. المهارات الفنية: معرفة وخبرة في حساب الكميات (Quantity Surveying) إلمام جيد ببرامج التصميم مثل AutoCAD أو Civil 3D إلمام جيد برامج إدارة المشاريع مثل Primavera أو MS Project معرفة ومهارة في كتابة التقارير الكمية والزمنية. القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتقديم حلول مبتكرة. 4. المهارات الشخصية: شخصية قيادية قدرة عالية على اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة سجل نزاهة وأمانة.
