As part of its continued development we are looking for a proactive and hospitality-driven

WORKSPACE MANAGER (m/w/d)

the role.

  • Take full operational ownership of one premium HeadsQuarter location
  • Be the primary on-site point of contact for Members and guests upholding HeadsQuarters service standards at every interaction
  • Build genuine relationships with Members know their names and milestones and create thoughtful surprise moments within an allocated budget
  • Monitor vacant offices support Member retention and renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Lead day-to-day operations ensuring cleanliness order and a welcoming atmosphere at all times
  • Coordinate and manage external partners (cleaning technical services maintenance etc.)
  • Manage access control mail handling data maintenance in internal systems and ordering processes
  • Know and follow escalation protocols in case of a crisis or incident
  • Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events

what you bring.

  • Several years of experience in Front Office Guest Relations Hotel Management coworking serviced offices or a comparable service-oriented environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability identifying and resolving issues without being prompted
  • High level of autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Clear and professional communication both written and verbal
  • Fluent German and English written and spoken
