• Reviewing and performing an initial screening of supplier compliance documentation related to the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
• Classifying supplier submissions and maintaining accurate status tracking within internal compliance databases.
• Communicating directly with international suppliers to collect clarify and follow up on regulatory documentation.
• Managing and organizing regulatory records in Excel SharePoint and other internal systems according to defined governance standards.
• Learning corporate compliance processes at a leading international company. 

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program (e.g. Sustainability Environmental Sciences Business Administration Supply Chain Management Economics Law Engineering or a related field). 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Interest in sustainability environmental regulations and responsible sourcing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large datasets and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and utilization of AI applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within an international team.
• Prior experience with compliance sustainability procurement or regulatory topics is an advantage.
