Video Content Moderator (French) Lisbon Portugal

Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week)
About the Role
Join a global social media project as a Short Video Content Moderator. You will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and helps maintain a safe online environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Review videos images text and audio content
- Remove content that violates platform policies
- Moderate comments posts and user appeals
- Label and classify content
- Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines
- Report recurring moderation trends
- Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases
Please note: The role involves exposure to sensitive content including violence adult content hate speech fake news and other potentially disturbing material.
Requirements
- French fluency (C1/native)
- English B1 or higher
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus
