Technical Writer 100% (w/m/d)

Your responsibilities

Develop and maintain product datasheets and technical documentation for multiple products including system- and controller-level manuals technical notes and supporting materials for the sales organization
Ensure documentation is accurate consistent and aligned with product functionality and company standards
Collaborate closely with internal interfaces
Gather requirements and validate content provided by technical content creators in multiple languages
Introduce and implement the technical redaction and documentation tool (Schema ST4) following supplier-provided online and classroom training
Define structure and maintain documentation frameworks templates and content standards within the tool
Serve as the primary owner and super user of the documentation tool ensuring proper configuration usage and governance

Your profile

HF FH or Bachelors degree in Technical Communication Engineering Computer Science or a related field oran equivalent practical experience
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical engineering or software-related environment
Experience in creating datasheets instruction manuals and technical documentation for complex products
Strong technical writing and editing skills
Ability to translate complex information into clear user-focused documentation
Experience structuring technical content for reuse redaction and scalability
Ability to learn and govern technical documentation tools and platforms
Ability to manage multiple documentation streams and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
