Tax Consultant Corporate & OECD Minimum Tax

Responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations in Switzerland including tax returns corporation tax transfer pricing VAT withholding tax and stamp duty / Preparation of tax returns forecasts and analyses for senior management and the CFOs office as well as assisting with tax planning / Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and conducting analyses / Support with the implementation of new tax regulations in the systems / Involvement in national and international tax projects as well as close collaboration with the legal department on complex and interdisciplinary projects / Coordination tasks relating to the standardisation of processes and the development of tools / Point of contact for business teams external auditors and tax authorities.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Law Taxation or Finance / Additional certification in tax law would be an advantage / Professional experience in a Big Four or in an international tax law firm / Familiar with Swiss and international tax law and with experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance or reporting / Knowledge of the OECD Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) would be an advantage / Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work / High level of personal responsibility and assertiveness / IT aptitude and knowledge of tax software / Proficient in using MS Office (Excel).
