Systems Test Engineer

As part of the development of our activities in the aerospace defence telecommunications and advanced technology sectors we are looking for a Systems Test Engineer to support the verification and validation of complex communication and electronic systems.

You will work on cutting-edge products combining RF technologies electronic subsystems software integration and mechanical assemblies within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and implement system verification and validation strategies;

• Develop test plans test procedures and test reports;

• Execute manual and automated system-level test campaigns;

• Create and maintain automated test scripts and test environments;

• Analyze test results identify defects and support root cause investigations;

• Collaborate closely with hardware software RF and systems engineering teams to reproduce and resolve issues;

• Assess system performance robustness and behavior under various operational conditions;

• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and quality requirements;

• Document test activities anomalies and recommendations for continuous improvement;

• Participate in technical reviews and communicate test results to project stakeholders;

• Contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies tools and processes.

You hold a Masters degree in Telecommunications Electronics Automation Systems Engineering or a related discipline.

You have experience in system verification and validation within a complex engineering environment and are comfortable working with multidisciplinary technologies.

You have:

• Experience in system-level testing and verification activities;

• Good understanding of complex electronic and communication systems;

• Knowledge of RF systems communication chains or active antenna technologies is a strong asset;

• Experience developing automated test solutions and scripts;

• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and support troubleshooting activities;

• Understanding of hardware/software integration challenges;

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary engineering organization;

• Strong documentation and reporting skills;

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;

• Professional working proficiency in English.

The following would be considered an advantage:

• Experience in aerospace defence telecommunications or other high-tech industries;

• Exposure to phased-array antenna systems RF subsystems or advanced communication technologies;

• Experience in industrialization or production support activities.
