The Opportunity

We are seeking a Supplier Manager for the Merchant Acquiring division who will manage both internal partners (e.g. Bank Acquiring) and external suppliers (e.g. SIX Iliad).

Day-to-day responsabilities

• Supplier selection audits and risk management
• Contract negotiation managementSLA definitionand CLM
• Price and cost management
• Supplier relationship management
• KPIs performance monitoring and benchmarking and SLA adherence review
• SLA breach handling
• Planning and budget oversight
• Quality complaints and escalation management

Who Are We Looking For

• Ideally several years of experience in supplier management for financial services payments or acquiring ecosystems
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence without authority
• Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Motivated reliable goal-oriented team player; proactive in issue resolution and conflict management
• Flexible and able to work under pressure; willing to engage with global partners as needed
• Excellent command of written and spoken English;German and Frenchlanguages a plus
• Deadline-driven with professional planning negotiation and presentation skills
