Strategy & Corporate Development Associate

As part of Avaloqs Strategy & Corporate Development team you will help shape the companys strategic direction through rigorous analysis structured problem-solving and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will contribute to strategy development transformation initiatives and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloqs business.

This role is ideal for a high-performing professional looking to apply strategic thinking financial analysis and execution excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Your key tasks

• Support the development of Avaloqs corporate strategy and corporate development agenda helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Conduct analyses financial models business cases and market assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with sales delivery service operations technology finance and other corporate functions to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and help structure management discussions

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting corporate strategy corporate development private equity or a comparable strategic role
• Exposure to banking fintech B2B software or technology-enabled business models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including financial modelling and business case development
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership curiosity and a hands-on mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus
