MPS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Partner to join our Regional EU HR Team and support our teams in Switzerland and this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with local regulations and partnering closely with managers and employees. This position combines HR operations employee relations compliance recruiting with a strong focus on HR operations optimization working closely with the HR Operations team based in Spain.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations for Switzerland and Germany.
• Support the full employee life-cycle including onboarding benefits absences and offboarding.
• Act as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Work closely with HR Operations team on processes improvements and Workday projects.
• Ensure compliance with local labor law company policies and internal processes.
• Support end-to-end Recruiting activities for assigned locations.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in an HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and German employment regulation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Experience with HR Systems Workday knowledge is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
