Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the operational and financial results of the Spa ensuring profitability and driving development.
- Ensure the W experience in accordance with brand standards and with the LQA and FORBES standards.
- Develop marketing strategy build member loyalty enrich the programming maintain customer relationships.
- Create and develop treatment concepts partnerships and innovative offers.
- Analyze sales and financial reports monthly; propose recommendations based on market seasonality competition and trends.
- Build an effective Talent structure to maintain productivity and efficiency ratios.
- Collaborate with the marketing leadership to develop the annual plan coordinate promotional offers. Ensure internal and external visibility.
- Ensure strict compliance with Swiss hygiene and safety regulations as well as group standards. Guarantee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Implement a structured training program for Talents (permanent staff seasonal extras) conduct performance reviews manage scheduling attendance leave and absences.

Required Criteria
Minimum 3 years experience in an equivalent role in a luxury Spa.
Experience in luxury hospitality.
Fluent in French and English.
Experience in a seasonal establishment is an advantage.
Great attention to detail and a real passion for delivering a memorable experience.
