The Opportunity

You willbe instrumentalinpositive relationships with key partners and lead cross-functional meetings driving flawless execution of strategies and solutions.
WhatyoullDo
Act as the primary contact forWorkplace Strategy & Site Operations (WSSO) coveringreal estate employee experience projects and site operationsat designated sites.
Executethe GlobalSite Operations (GSO)vision encouraging deep business relationshipswith senior leaders and business unit teamsto proactively address space and services issues.
Lead and coordinate site vendors including facilities management food service wellnessspace & occupancy finance sustainabilityandeventsteams.
EMEA lead for mechanical electrical plumbing (MEP) operations
Manage financials ensuring budgetadherenceandaccurateforecasting.
Balance customer-centricity with operational excellence in delivering site services.
Implement sustainability strategies and lead site-level initiatives.
Act as owners rep for all projects ensuring business and operational requirements are met.
Establish occupancy strategies and manage spaceutilizationeffectively.
Collaborate with Employee Experience and ITorganizationsto improveemployeeproductivity andexperience.
Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management and safetyemergency response teamsand business continuity.
Representand drive the site requirements with landlords and building management
Lead Adobes employee community and engagement program(Site Council).
Lead facilities management operations with ahospitality mentality.
What you need to succeed
Education:
Bachelors degree in business or another relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Certifications are a plus.
Experience:
10yearswork experience with at least5years inmanaging and leading site facilitiesindependently of which 3 yearsincludes managing on the client side.
Knowledge/skills:
Strongcollaborativeskills withcustomers.
Strongexecutive presenceand cross-functional team management skills.
Innovation process improvement and organizational efficiency.
Outstanding customer service communication influence and negotiation skills.
