You will beresponsible for the creation of process orders managing and executing orders for Bulk &Raw ingredient materials for the plant and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will providean uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste &following all policies and procedures of the company.

How you will contribute

• Coordinate worldwide goods deliveriesbased on allocation plans including the organization of sample shipments
• Liaise with customersto plan and confirm loading dates
• Respond proactively to production shortfalls implementing swift measures to avoid issues such as truck demurrage
• Prepare export documentationaccurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate closelywith Production Planning Warehouse & Shipping Freight Forwarding Coordination Business Development Quality Assurance and Long-Term Planning teams
• Drive continuous improvementof key KPIs such as truck utilization rates
• Obtain required certificatesfor export deliveries from relevant specialist departments and authorities
• Handle electronic customs declarationsfor outbound deliveries
• Review and verify invoicesfrom authorities and external service providers

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Completed commercial training or several years of relevant professional experience in export logistics or customs ideally within anFMCG environment
• Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
• Strong IT skills including MS Office (Excel Outlook Teams PowerPoint)
• Experience withSAP systems (ECC/WM/APO)and customs software is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skillswith an analytical mindset
• Aproactive independent and team-orientedworking style with a high level of accuracy even in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cost and quality awareness
