Job Summary
The Role
Were looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across private banks asset managers and tier-1 banks in the DACH region and beyond. You will own the full sales cycle from generating your own pipeline to negotiating and closing multi-year enterprise deals and become a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders at some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world.
This is a high-impact high-autonomy role. Youll be working with a product that is genuinely best-in-class and youll have the support of an experienced pre-sales product and executive team to help you win.
What Youll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new logo acquisition prospecting qualifying demoing proposing negotiating and closing with deal sizes typically ranging from CHF 300K to CHF 2M ARR.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across private banks tier-1 banks and asset managers in your territory primarily DACH with potential for broader European coverage.
- Develop deep relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite CTO CIO and Head of Wealth Management level.
- Partner with pre-sales and product specialists to deliver compelling client-specific demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Contribute to shaping Evooqs go-to-market strategy competitive positioning and pricing in collaboration with the CRO and product leadership.
- Represent Evooq at industry conferences forums and client events becoming a recognisable voice in the WealthTech ecosystem.
- Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership to ensure our roadmap stays ahead of client needs.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Must-haves:
- 7 years of enterprise software sales experience with a demonstrable track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals in financial services technology.
- Deep knowledge of the wealth management or asset management industry you understand the business challenges regulatory landscape (MiFID II FIDLEG) and technology needs of our clients.
- An existing network of senior relationships at private banks asset managers or universal banks in Switzerland and/or DACH.
- Proven ability to run consultative value-based sales processes and navigate complex procurement cycles (618 months).
- Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
- CFA or equivalent.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience selling portfolio management risk analytics or compliance technology platforms.
- Familiarity with structured products workflows or front-office advisory tooling.
- Background in wealth management private banking or asset management prior to moving into sales.
