Senior Project Management Officer (80 100')

• Own and develop project governance standards methodologies templates and processes.
• Oversee the project portfolio including progress priorities resources costs dependencies and risks.
• Provide clear monthly project reporting to the Executive Board to support decisions and priorities.
• Challenge and support project leaders to ensure effective planning and delivery.
• Identify and escalate key risks dependencies capacity constraints and delivery issues.
• Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices across the organisation.
• Lead smaller or strategic projects when required.

• Masters degree or equivalent advanced professional education in Business Administration Project Management IT or a related field.
• Proven track record in project management PMO or project governance ideally in an international and technology-driven environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or IPMA are a plus.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master Product Owner or SAFe are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.
• Structured analytical and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to turn complex project information into clear insights and management decisions.
• Experience in portfolio and resource planning.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and across international multicultural teams.
