Job Summary
In this role you lead the industrialization qualification and production scale-up of a strategic high-volume OEM program. You are accountable for delivering the program on time while ensuring manufacturing processes are fully understood industrialized statistically capable and scalable for long-term serial production.
- Lead qualification industrialization and production ramp-up
- Manage program execution milestones risks and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and customer deliverables
- Drive process characterization DoE process window definition and optimization
- Ensure robust capable and scalable manufacturing processes through validation and statistical process control
- Remove technical and organizational bottlenecks
- Support future expansion across production lines and manufacturing sites
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 8 years in industrialization manufacturing or NPI programs
- Experience with strategic OEM customers in highly regulated businesses
- Background in regulated high-reliability manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of DoE Process Characterization Validation SPC Cp/Cpk MSA FMEA and Six Sigma
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills in German and English
