As a Senior Product Owner Trading & Brokerage at Bitcoin Suisse you will play a crucial role in connecting IT and business within Bitcoin Suisses core trading and credit division ensuring that our platforms and systems are fit for purpose. This versatile role lets youparticipatein the fast-paced crypto markets while collaborating with a team of professionals and crypto natives from various backgrounds presenting an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

• Collaborate closely with trading and credit desks to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements to deliver key roadmap items and system enhancements for trading and credit platforms
• Stay up to date with industry trends regulatory requirements and emerging technologies to drive innovation andmaintainour competitive edge
• Defineand track KPIs (volume P&L impact latency system reliability) and usethem to prioritize the backlog
• Improve business processes related to our product offeringin Trading & Brokerage and Lending
• Foster close collaboration with IT development teamsmanage dependenciesprioritize features and ensuretimelydelivery of high-quality solutions andup-to-datedocumentations
• Collaboratewith risk compliance and legal to ensure features meet FINMA and broader regulatory requirements
• Coordinatewith external partners (liquidity providers exchanges custodians) on integration roadmaps and dependencies
• Design comprehensive test cases for defined acceptance criteria of user stories ensuring they are met during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase
• Validate platform performanceidentifyareas for improvement and drive quality assurance for trading and credit platforms

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Solid understanding of financial market technologiesprotocolsand trade lifecycle
• Strong conceptual skillsand the ability tocreate requirements that resolve business needseffectively while surfacing hiddenedge cases andkeepingmaintainability in mind
• Experience inagile product development methodologies and practices as well as incidentproblemand release management processes
• Grasp of technology stacks covering APIs databases serverinfrastructureand UI
• Strongcoordinativeand collaboration skills with the ability to work efficiently with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset toidentifyand address operational challenges
• You actively use AI tools in your daily workand can show concrete examples of where they changed your output
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading platforms is highly desirable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Fluent in English German is a plus
