• Own global procurement processes such as strategic sourcing contract management and category strategy working closely with process teams and senior sponsors

• Lead the design and rollout of improvements to procurement methods and tools

• Drive the selection implementation and continuous optimization of procurement systems

• Build and maintain standardized methods across procurement teams

• Track process KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements

• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within procurement working closely with IT

• Experience in procurement operations ideally with a focus on process optimization or tool development

• Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset comfortable guiding others through change

• Analytical and solution-focused approach to identifying and closing process gaps

• Ideally certification in Process Improvement (e.g. Six Sigma Lean) Procurement (e.g. CIPS) or Project Management (e.g. PMP)

• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba) and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus

• Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a bonus
