SENIOR CHIMICAL AND PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR DE-EN

Position:

For its Basel office ARTELIA Industrie Suisse SA is seeking a Coordinator / Expert in Site Supervision and Project Management for the realization of industrial projects with experience in the pharmaceutical chemical or process industries and a strong focus on piping and equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the office director you will be involved in projects for new installations or improvements to existing this context your missions will consist of:

• Monitor projects including planning validation of technical orientations procurement activities financial follow-up and preparation of quotations.
• Coordinate and supervise construction and installation activities on site.
• Be the local contact for customers.
• Ensure project execution is carried out in accordance with quality safety and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the guarantor of Quality and HSE policies.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in project execution.
• Monitor project schedules costs and progress to ensure successful delivery.
• Support technical decision-making and contribute to the resolution of on-site issues.
• Report to the office director concerning the development of local activities.

Qualifications :

Profile

You hold a degree as an ES Technician HES/EPF Engineer or equivalent preferably in the fields of mechanical engineering chemical engineering or a related discipline.

You have at least 10 years of experience in construction supervision site coordination and project execution within industrial environments ideally gained within an engineering company serving the chemical pharmaceutical or process industries.

You have a strong industrial culture and a solid understanding of piping equipment installation and construction activities.

You are able to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects with a continuous focus on technical performance quality budget and schedule objectives.

You demonstrate strong leadership excellent coordination skills and a high level of rigor in the management of projects and site activities.

You are familiar with ISO 9001 quality procedures and are committed to ensuring safe working practices on industrial sites and client premises.

You possess strong interpersonal and technical negotiation skills and are able to build trusted relationships with customers suppliers and project stakeholders.

Project management experience is considered a strong asset.

You are interested in contributing to business development activities and supporting the growth of local operations.

You are proficient in common office tools including Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.

Fluent German is essential. French and/or English at B2 level is required.

You are motivated to take on a versatile and evolving position within a growing industrial engineering environment.
