Senior Accountant

• Own end-to-end accounting outcomes for the Swiss legal entity ensuring accuracy compliance and audit readiness
• Act as the main accounting interface to the Shared Service Center (AP AR GL T&E) and oversee accounting quality
• Coordinate and control monthly quarterly and annual closing activities in line with Group timelines
• Review and validate GL postings accruals provisions intercompany reconciliations and financial statements
• Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with Swiss CO IFRS and Group accounting policies
• Serve as the primary counterpart for external auditors and coordinate audits and remediation actions
• Ensure effective internal controls compliance with DoA/SoD and high-quality audit documentation
• Act as deputy to the Finance Manager Switzerland supporting leadership process improvements and collaboration with Controlling and Group Finance

Qualifications :

• Strong senior-level expertise in statutory accounting IFRS and Swiss CO
• Proven experience owning accounting outcomes within an SSC operating model
• Hands-on experience with monthly quarterly and annual closings and financial reporting
• Experience preparing reviewing and signing off statutory financial statements and managing external audits
• Strong understanding of internal controls compliance frameworks DoA and SoD principles
• Experience working in ERP-driven environments (IFS preferred)
• Structured analytical and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and accountability
• Fluent in English and German with the ability to work effectively in complex multi-stakeholder environments
