Scheduling & Supply Chain Specialist

• Coordinate patient treatment schedules with manufacturing sites and logistics partners
• Monitor transportation manufacturing and delivery activities from start to finish
• Act as the main point of contact for operational scheduling and issue resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams couriers and external stakeholders
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
• 25 years of experience in operations supply chain logistics customer service or pharmaceutical operations
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English is required; French is an advantage
