Purchasing Receiving & Warehouse Associate (m/f/d)

Location: Zurich

Workload: 100%

Start Date: To be agreed upon

Your Responsibilities

• Receiving inspecting and logging incoming shipments (food beverages non-food items)
• Properly storing goods in the designated basement and storage areas
• Ensuring correct storage in compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (FIFO / HACCP)
• Maintaining organization and order in the storage and basement areas
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks
• Working closely with the kitchen service staff and other departments in the hotel

Your Profile

• Experience in warehousing logistics or the food service industry is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn purchasing systems
• Understanding of food hygiene (HACCP knowledge is a plus)
• Physically fit and reliable
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good command of German and English
• Flexibility regarding work hours (including weekends)
