Project Leader 1C PUR

In our R&D department in the area of Adhesive Systems we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Project this versatile position you are the interface between research production quality assurance marketing and application engineering fulfilling the following tasks and responsibilities: 

• Independent development of products technologies and their manufacturing processes as well as internal and external implementation
• Leading of project teams; defines and calls for work packages ensures the transfer of know-how and coordination
• Contact and collaboration with internal and external interface functions
• Manages the expectations of the customer and stakeholder
• Technical support of the products and technologies internally and among customers
• Knows and maintains state of the art technology (e.g. competitive products specialized literature congresses patents)
• Planning and documentation according to the process guidelines presentations and vindication of the results/ projects internally and externally
• Patenting of new technologies and initiating proceeding

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry Material Science Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Initial experience in R&D as a Junior Scientist Product Developer Project Leader or similar with expertise in product or technology development.
• Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal networks fostering teamwork and leveraging global resources.
• Organization Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English; German is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Solid IT proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in adhesives or related industries with deep market and technology knowledge.
• Experience with thermal interface materials and polyurethane adhesives
• Data science familiarity
