Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Bern.

Working closely with our Chief Product & Operating Officer (CPOO) youll play a key role in turning ideas into products shaping our product strategy and driving execution from concept to impact.

Own the strategy roadmap and commercial success of Comfones Financial Clearing portfolio. Partner with Product & Service Owners Customers Sales and Executive Management to turn market needs into innovative compliant and profitable services.

Your impact:

• Shape product vision strategy and roadmap and champion it with stakeholders and the Executive Board
• Turn ideas into business cases and market-ready services
• Prioritize customer and market needs based on value impact and feasibility
• Define scope SLAs pricing and go-to-market
• Drive continuous improvement across Sales Operations and Technology
• Own the lifecycle of the Comfone Financial Clearing System
• Ensure compliance with industry standards SoX and ISAE 3402

• 5 years in Product Management or a similar role in telecom roaming financial clearing fintech or B2B technology
• Proven experience owning products end-to-end from strategy and business case to launch and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of financial clearing roaming wholesale telecom or transaction-based services
• Track record in product roadmaps business cases and commercial models
• Experienced in working with international cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfortable with RFPs customer presentations and commercial negotiations
• Familiar with compliance risk audit and operational governance
