Product Engineering Manager

• Lead engineering team for assigned scope ensuring on-time on-budget and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
• Own full engineering lifecycle (design procurement construction commissioning handover) including risk budget and document control.
• Manage interfaces across disciplines and stakeholders (customers suppliers consultants) to ensure smooth coordination and data exchange.
• Drive execution planning design reviews change management and compliance with contractual quality and HSE requirements.
• Support procurement and site phases by leading technical negotiations resolving engineering issues and ensuring system functionality.

Qualifications :

• Strong technical background in engineering (process plant layout/piping) with solid project execution experience in EPC environments.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams on complex projects (5 years for senior level).
• Excellent problem-solving stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with suppliers procurement of complex systems and engineering/project tools (DMS CAD 3D tools).
• Strong methodological and project management skills (RCA negotiation presentation) fluent English; additional languages a plus.
