Procurement Transformation Manager

Exclusive Mandate > On behalf of our client an internationally active medium-sized pharmaceutical company in the region of Schaffhausen we are seeking an experienced Procurement Excellence & Transformation Manager.

This role is focused on advancing procurement excellence across the Group with a strong emphasis on processes governance systems and performance.

• Shape and implement the procurement excellence and transformation agenda
• Standardise and improve procurement processes governance and ways of working
• Drive digitalisation initiatives to further develop procurement systems and tools
• Enhance procurement analytics reporting KPIs and spend transparency
• Support the development of best practices across sourcing supplier management and procurement operations
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects in close collaboration with Procurement Finance Supply Chain and IT
• Drive organisational change and the adoption of new processes and tools across international sites
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency transparency and value contribution within procurement

• Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Procurement Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement transformation process optimisation and strategic procurement within an international industrial environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and governance
• Experience with procurement systems digitalisation and data-driven performance management
• Strong project and change management capabilities
• Structured analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong execution focus
• Fluent in English German is an advantage
