How youll make an impact

• Lead and execute projects within varistor manufacturing

• Analyze optimize and further develop production processes

• Introduce new technologies materials and manufacturing methods

• Validate and stabilize processes while balancing quality and cost targets

• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment

• Collaborate closely with production quality engineering and maintenance teams

• Create and maintain process documentation and technical reports

Your background

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Materials Science Materials Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• High level of initiative and ownership

• Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
