Principal Data Scientist

• Lead the design development validation and deployment of advanced AI machine learning optimization and analytics solutions for strategic business challenges.
• Act as the organizations AI and Data Science subject matter expert driving adoption of best-in-class methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Define and maintain standards for experimentation model validation MLOps monitoring explainability and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product engineering and business stakeholders to develop AI-driven use cases influence product strategy and guide architecture decisions.
• Mentor technical teams promote innovation and analytical thinking and ensure AI solutions meet regulatory security and governance requirements.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI/ML solutions from concept through operations.
• Strong expertise in machine learning MLOps cloud platforms data engineering and software development practices.
• Experience across the full AI solution lifecycle including PoC MVP industrialization deployment and support.
• Demonstrated technical leadership with a successful track record of mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Relevant industry experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
