Coty is seeking a talented highly motivated intern to work with Cotys Pricing BI and CMIteam within the Global Travel Retail team. The role should be a good fit for candidates interested in the field of travel retailandbeauty industrywithan analytical mind-setand a strong attention to details.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As ourPRICING&BUSINESS INTELLIGENCEINTERNyou areresponsible forsupporting the team on various and diversified tasks related to pricingandsell-out analysis.

Youwillhelp the Pricing and Business Analystson their operational daily tasks.You will also help building a weekly newsletterto share the Global Travel Retail team the latest updatesin the industry.

Yourmain focus:

Pricing & operational pricing support

• Support the TR Europe price increase process including data preparation analysis checks and follow-up.

• Manage operational pricing topics for TR Europe including VAR missing prices pricing claims and other ad-hoc requests.

• Perform detailed pricing analysis across Travel Retail Europe comparing Coty prices with competitors and domestic markets.

Sell-out Shop Trends & market intelligence

• Support sell-out checks and Shop Trends data processing ensuring data accuracy and consistency before reporting.

• Investigate data gaps anomalies or inconsistencies and follow up with external agencies or internal stakeholders when required.

• Help structure and maintain the filing organization for sell-out and Shop Trends data.

• Support the quarterly Generations submission process ensuring timely and accurate data preparation.

• Monitor competitor activities market dynamics and industry trends to contribute to a weekly Travel Retail newsletter

Reporting presentations & business updates

• Support the creation and update of reports dashboards and presentations to communicate key findings to stakeholders.

• Contribute to ad-hoc business updates with a focus on clear actionable insights.

• Support slide updates for key business cycles such as AOP Strat Plan and other leadership presentations.

• Assist with day-to-day data management and analysis across pricing business intelligence and market intelligence topics.

The Hub dashboards & automation

• Contribute to dashboard development in The Hub from business brief preparation to testing and follow-up with the agency.

• Support data checks for new dashboard integrations such as stock data or other business-critical datasets.

• Act as a key support contact for dashboard bugs data issues and enhancement requests.

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects linked to data reporting pricing market insights and business intelligence.

• Support live feed automation and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks as much as possible.

Youhave ananalyticalmind-set with problem solving skills andare interestedin Travel Retailandthe beauty BI and CMIIntern youenjoyworking withnumbersandyou get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:

• Demonstrated interest for Luxury industry and/or Beauty

• You are in the finalizing phase of your studydoing a master in business administration or relevant field

• Have a strong interest in pricing analytics and business performance

• Have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Are fast rigorous and detail-oriented in your execution

• Are organized autonomous and proactive

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).

• Highly organized autonomous and proactive approach

• You are creative enthusiastic and have good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible able to adapt to changes

• Team player

• Curious and eager to learn.

• Fluent English and French
