People Operations Lead (mfd)

HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Own day-to-day People Operations in Switzerland as the main point of contact for employees managers and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding contractual changes documentation leave and offboarding
• Coordinate monthly payroll and oversee compensation benefits and pension administration with Finance and external partners
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law internal policies and Group standards
• Maintain accurate People data across systems such as Personio and Business Central
• Drive process improvements and system optimization (especially Personio) while aligning with the broader Group People Operations strategy

HOW TO IMPRESS US

• Proven experience in People Operations in Switzerland with strong exposure to local practices and regulations
• Hands-on expertise in Swiss payroll preparation employment contracts and end-to-end employee lifecycle administration
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law particularly in areas such as leave terminations working time payroll and compliance
• Experience collaborating with Finance Legal payroll providers and external advisors
• Strong proficiency with HR systems (ideally Personio) including data management reporting and process documentation
• Detail-oriented solutions-driven and resilient professional with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent proficiency in English and German both written and verbal is required
