Your Mission

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to design mechanical components in SolidWorks and run the structured hardware testing - Python-driven test scripts sensor validation and calibration- that helps us select the best components for our interceptor drone.

Core Responsibilities

• Test and compare new sensor components (IMU camera GPS) to identify the best option
• Run and adapt Python scripts to execute structured hardware tests adjust parameters and capture measurement data
• Establish calibration set-ups and best parameters for various sensors
• Design and iterate on mechanical components and assemblies in SolidWorks

Required

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering industry experience required
• Comfortable running and adapting Python scripts to drive sensor tests adjust parameters and log data
• Strong SolidWorks proficiency (3D modelling assemblies drawings) and 3D printing prototyping
• Hands-on prototyping experience you build what you design
• Comfortable in a fast-paced high-ownership startup with long hours when the mission demands it

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with sensor integration (IMU camera GPS) on drones robots or embedded platforms
• Background in drone or UAV mechanical design
