Manager Process Engineering Energy Systems

• Member of the unit management team and deputy for related functional areas.
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental strategy and represent the engineering function externally.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team providing technical and disciplinary leadership training and resource optimization.
• Support project execution and tendering activities while ensuring active participation of team members in project work.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering systems components and project deliverables within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets costs and resource allocation taking corrective actions when required.
• Drive employee development through hiring coaching mentoring training and career planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements business processes standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Several years of engineering experience including strong expertise in plant engineering and project execution.
• Proven experience managing diverse organizational functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership coaching and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term collaboration internally and externally.
• Ability to evaluate complex operational scenarios make informed decisions independently and apply advanced problem-solving methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of engineering manufacturing assembly commissioning products suppliers and market dynamics.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with high cost awareness across the value chain.
• Proficient in project management MS Office and project management tools with a systematic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills high autonomy prioritization ability and strong quality assurance capabilities.
