Your Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire a team of Data Scientists ML Engineers and AI Specialists fostering innovation collaboration and continuous growth.
• Shape AI Strategy by identifying high-value opportunities defining the Analytics & AI roadmap and driving responsible AI adoption across the business.
• Partner with Stakeholders across business and technology functions to transform challenges into impactful AI and analytics solutions.
• Drive AI Solutions & Platforms by leading the development deployment and operation of scalable AI Machine Learning and MLOps capabilities.
• Provide Technical Leadership through hands-on guidance architectural oversight and expertise in AI GenAI ML and modern technologies.

Qualifications :

We are looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking technical expertise and a passion for driving business value through AI ML and advanced analytics.

• Proven leadership experience in Analytics Data Science Machine Learning or AI with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in AI Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics including enterprise-scale solution delivery and AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of MLOps model deployment cloud platforms (preferably Azure) Python and modern AI technologies such as LLMs Generative AI and AI Agents.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate opportunities into impactful solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence drive change and collaborate across global teams.
• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience in Engineering Manufacturing Energy or other industrial environments is a plus.
