Maje Sales Assistant Part Time 50- Zurich Boutique

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Maje boutique in Zurich Switzerland on a part-time basis (50%). As a Sales Assistant you will be at the heart of our luxury retail operation delivering exceptional customer service whilst representing the Maje brand with professionalism and style. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and committed to creating memorable shopping experiences in our boutique environment. Provide outstanding customer service to boutique visitors offering personalised styling advice and product recommendations Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments with precision

• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of Maje collections and communicate key features and benefits to customers Assist with visual merchandising and window displays to showcase products attractively and in line with brand guidelines Support the boutique team in maintaining a clean organised and welcoming shopping environment Respond to customer enquiries professionally and resolve any concerns with courtesy and efficiency
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through engaging customer interactions and upselling opportunities Perform stock management duties including receiving checking and organising merchandise Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and provide mutual support Adhere to company policies procedures and health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service within a luxury or fashion environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage customers Strong numeracy skills and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems Reliable punctual and flexible approach to part-time working arrangements
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure during busy periods Enthusiasm for fashion and genuine interest in the Maje brand and aesthetic Desirable: Fluency in French and/or German to support our diverse customer base in Zurich Desirable: Previous experience in luxury retail or boutique settings
• Desirable: Experience with visual merchandising and product styling Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute positively to boutique culture
