Job Summary
Do you love bringing cocktail shakers to life and supporting the bar team Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Shift Leader who will delight our guests with a blend of creativity and excellent service.
Is this you
- Completed vocational training or hotel management school or at least 1 year of practical work experience in the same or a related industry
- You have a structured approach to organization and enjoy communicating in German and English; handling complex guest correspondence is essential. You creatively address guest issues and implement new ideas with great interest and a keen sense of guest needs.
- A passion for high-quality beverages and excellent service
- Creativity and the ability to set new trends
- Our team is extremely innovative and eager to experiment. If you also enjoy new things and challenges and try out new ideas with curiosity and drive youll be a perfect fit for our team
Your Mission
- Responsible for ensuring smooth service operations guest care and cash register reconciliation during your shift
- Inspire and motivate the team to perform at their best
- Enforce and meticulously uphold the hotels internal standards for guest care
- Create innovative and enticing drinks
- Ensure an unforgettable stay for our guests

IMPORTANT
Language skills: Fluent English and minimum B2 in German
Related Work Experience: 1 year related work experience.
