Are you ready to ensure that life-saving medicines successfully make it from the lab to patients worldwide by navigating the evolving digital landscape As a Legal Counsel - Global Pharma Technical Operations & Facilities (Data & Digital) you will join a highly collaborative global team providing proactive legal support to our manufacturing and supply this role you will be trusted to advise on high-stakes data-driven matters that directly support our companys global ambition to prevent stop and cure diseases.

In this individual contributor role you will focus on business-focused legal support contract negotiation and strategic data counseling. You can expect to:

• Provide strategic legal advice and business-focused counseling to the Pharma Technical Operations and Direct Procurement organizations.

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements including manufacturing supply and development contracts key to our global operations.

• Act as the primary legal point of contact for technical operations and facility matters during large high-stakes transactions.

• Develop and implement legal strategies for the global business by collaborating closely with other lawyers cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Advise on complex data and digital matters arising under Swiss and EU legislation guiding any legal questions in the field of technical operations.

• Manage outside counsel retained to support specific global legal or digital matters.

• Thrive in a dynamic cross-cultural team environment where your agility influence and solution-oriented mindset drive meaningful global impact.

You are a proactive confident professional who views change as an opportunity and is committed to driving continuous improvement. To be successful in this role you bring:

• Qualified Legal Professional: You hold a passed Bar Exam and bring at least 3 years of professional experience within an international law firm or the legal department of a multinational group.

• Digital & Pharma Expertise: You have prior experience providing legal support in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries with a strong focus on data and digital-related matters alongside manufacturing agreements.

• Technical Savvy: You possess a strong affinity for healthcare and biotechnology allowing you to understand highly complex technical and digital issues relating to pharmaceutical drug manufacturing.

• Strategic Communicator & Collaborator: You combine excellent analytical and negotiation skills with high cross-cultural sensitivity and a dedicated team-player attitude.

• Language Skills: You are fluent in business-level English (written and verbal); knowledge of German or other languages is an asset.
