Lead Engineer Civil

• Lead the civil engineering scope for Waste-to-X projects within a civil consortium or EPC civil works package.
• Coordinate civil design interfaces with consortium partners subcontractors internal engineering teams clients and authorities.
• Manage design activities during procurement and execution phases for civil structural geotechnical architectural and infrastructure packages.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between civil engineering disciplines and project stakeholders throughout design and construction.
• Support preparation of civil procurement packages including technical and commercial contract requirements.
• Assist in contractor negotiations and respond to technical queries during procurement and project execution.
• Report project progress to project management and operations teams while supporting claim management activities.
• Travel up to 10% as required for project coordination and execution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC construction or large industrial projects as a Design Engineer.
• Proven project management capabilities; PM certifications are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of international civil engineering design and construction codes and standards.
• Experience with structural design software and 3D BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Excellent communication coordination and negotiation skills.
• Assertive and decisive personality with experience working in remote and multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English French German or any additional languages are a plus.
