Layout & Piping Engineering Manager

Job Summary
- Leads the Layout & Piping project engineering team and reporting to the Project Engineering Manager (PEM).
- Takes ownership of delivering engineering projects on time on budget and with high quality actively addressing any gaps and ensuring smooth interfaces. The team may include engineers from multiple locations.
- Acts as an integrator of the layout activities and is also responsible for the technical project execution of the piping & valves work packages.
- Prepares layout concept of the complete plant (process engineering construction electrical instrumentation and control logistics etc.)
- Establishes information exchange concept and ensuring the exchange of all necessary layout data with third parties (customers consortium partners and suppliers) for the entire project
- Responsible for civil coordination fire protection coordination traffic management and maintenance concept for the entire plant and coordinates with third parties (customers consortium partners and suppliers)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineer (or equivalent) with 5 years experience in design of complex plant layouts
- Solid project execution background complementing problem-solving mindset and efficient performance experience in steel structure design electrical layout engineering and civil engineering
- User knowledge of engineering tools: E3D Navisworks AutoCAD Autodesk Construction Cloud and profound knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD methodology
- BIM methodology awareness and knowhow
- Fluent in English any other language(s) welcomed
