Internal Communication Officer

Job Summary
- Define and manage the internal communication strategy in line with corporate objectives and brand values.
- Oversee and develop internal communication tools including the intranet internal news screens and newsletters.
- Plan and coordinate internal events such as Connects Townhalls and corporate gatherings.
- Organise employee engagement initiatives including end-of-year events and other employee-focused activities.
- Ensure consistency clarity and impact of internal messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage the corporate merchandising strategy including product selection supplier management and distribution.
- Manage internal signage and workplace communication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between communication initiatives management priorities and business objectives.
- Manage budgets related to internal communication internal events and corporate merchandising.
- Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate surveys and employee satisfaction with HR.
- Contribute to the development of corporate engagement initiatives including charity programs and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Communication Marketing or a related field;
- 5-8 years experience in internal communication;
- Proven experience in internal communication and event management;
- Experience in international environment and matrix organisation;
- Experience in financial services or luxury field;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint Word Excel Outlook) and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint;
- Experience managing intranet platforms and content management systems (CMS);
- Knowledge of internal communication channels and digital communication best practices;
- High level of professionalism and sensitivity to corporate and cultural dynamics;
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership;
- Strong organisational and project management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- Proactive service-oriented and collaborative mindset.
