Job Summary
In Aargau you will support Swiss banks and financial institutions in providing their customers with secure and reliable card solutions for digital and physical transactions. This includes a comprehensive range of innovative card solutions made from more sustainable materials as well as metal cards biometric cards and cards with voice support.

Information Security Specialist / Deputy CISO
Location: Aarau #LI-HYBRID
Part time or full time work models available
Your Mission
Assess information security risks by identifying assets security objectives threats and appropriate risk treatment measures.
Develop and maintain security concepts policies guidelines and operational procedures.
Create and continuously improve security processes and working instructions.
Plan and deliver security awareness and training for employees across the organization.
Translate legal regulatory and contractual information security requirements into practical guidance for relevant business areas and external partners.
Support information security as part of audits compliance incident management and risk management activities.
Support the CISO and represent information security in projects certifications and regular security assessments including ISO 27001 ISO 14298 and PCI-CP.
Your Experience
Completed vocational training or degree in information security management or relevant professional experience in information security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess security risks independently and effectively.
Experience developing and maintaining security concepts policies processes and documentation to a high standard.
Understanding of information security requirements in legal regulatory contractual audit and compliance contexts.
Commitment to continuous professional development in the security field; an interest in data protection is an advantage.
Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken.
A proactive resilient and collaborative approach combined with clear communication and a professional service-oriented manner.
