Job Summary
Your area of responsibility
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Work with external recruitment agencies where required
- Prepare employment contracts reference letters confirmations and other HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding changes and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
- Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees
- Assist with employee relations matters and people initiatives
- Support performance management engagement and development activities
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist role
- Experience in recruitment HR operations / administration
- Exposure to HR business partnering activities is highly desirable
- Good understanding of Swiss HR practices and employment processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion professionalism and integrity
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- HR certification is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good German skills strongly preferred
