Job Summary

Your area of responsibility
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Work with external recruitment agencies where required
HR Operations & Administration
  • Prepare employment contracts reference letters confirmations and other HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding changes and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
HR Business Partnering Support
  • Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees
  • Assist with employee relations matters and people initiatives
  • Support performance management engagement and development activities
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
Your skills and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist role
  • Experience in recruitment HR operations / administration
  • Exposure to HR business partnering activities is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of Swiss HR practices and employment processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion professionalism and integrity
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • HR certification is an advantage
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Good German skills strongly preferred
