• Academic degree or comparable professional qualification combined with extensive leadership experience in customer operations within banking financial services insurance or another regulated environmentwith a strongtrack recordin leading larger operational departments

• Inspirational and resilient leader with a growth mindset skilled at building high-performing teams navigating complexity and leading through change

• Proven ability to translate strategic ambitions into scalable operational capabilities and sustainable business outcomes

• Strong track record of driving digital transformation process modernization and large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact

• Expertise incustomerjourneymanagementdata-drivenperformancesteeringautomation AI and operational excellence

• Fluent in English German skills is a strong advantag
