Groups & Event Coordinator (fmd)

How does your working day looks like ...

• You take care of our event guests hand in hand with your team from morning until night

• You coordinate events with all internal departments and make sure everyone has the information they need

• You are responsible for all group requests starting from 8 rooms

• You prepare offers contracts and invoices

• You enter bookings into the system create rooming lists and make all arrangements for the perfect check-in and stay

• You meet with customers on site and complement this with telephone communication

• You put forward proposals in the companys best interests in order to achieve optimal capacity utilisation

• You keep a cool head even when every room in the house is sold and the phones are ringing off the hook

Qualifications :

• You have professional experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality

• You are an open and communicative person who isnt afraid to assert yourself when needed

• You enjoy working with people and inspiring them

• You are enthusiastic about great food and drinks and love discovering new concepts

• You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table

• You speak German and English fluently

Additional Information :
