In this role you are the bridge between technical media buying and creative execution. You will design and optimize end-to-end user journeys with a primary focus on crafting advertorials and landing pages that leverage the high-intent nature of Google Ads traffic.

• Creative Engineering: Continually develop and deploy high-converting advertorials testing various psychological triggers and consumer profiles.
• Logical Frameworks: Replace gut feelings with structured testing. You define the hypotheses the execution plan and the KPIs for success.
• Behavioral Analysis: Deep-dive into split-test results (CTR CVR ROAS) to understand not just what won but the underlying psychology of why it worked.
• Journey Optimization: Map out the entire user path to identify friction points ensuring a seamless transition from the first ad to the final sale.
• Team Integration: Work closely with our media buyers to ensure our technical setups and creative strategies are perfectly in sync.
• Client Leadership: Confidently present data test insights and future scaling plans directly to our brand partners.

• Advertorial Specialist: Youve audited and written enough long-form content to instinctively know what converts and what fails.
• Direct Response Expert: Youve mastered the art of the hook the lead and proactive objection handling.
• Search Intent Savvy: You understand why Google Ads requires a different psychological approach than social platforms like Meta or TikTok.
• Data-Obsessed: You make every strategic decision based on evidence eradicating guesswork from the process.
• AI-Enabled: You use AI as a productivity booster to accelerate your workflow while maintaining high standards for brand voice.
• Linguistic Skills: Native or C2 German for copywriting; B2 English for internal communication.
