Anthropos is the Enterprise AI transformation platform. We help companies map verify and develop the skills of their workforce with AI Simulations AI Labs AI Interviews and our AI Academy. Enterprises in energy transportation and technology use us to answer a question no HR system can: what can our people actually do and are they ready for AI

We are a global team that has been building in the skills and assessment space for more than a decade. Most of us built and scaled a previous company in this exact market to a successful exit. Now we are doing it again with AI at the core.

The role

You will be our first marketing hire and you will own marketing.

There is no playbook to inherit and no team to delegate to on day one. You will work side by side with our CEO and founder and with the sales team from our offices in Chiasso and your job is to build the machine that grows our pipeline our brand and ultimately our revenue.

This is an operator role not a strategy-only role. You will write the copy ship the campaign run the event look at the data and decide what to do next. If that excites you more than managing an agency keep reading.

What youll do

• Demand generation. Design and run campaigns that put qualified enterprise buyers (CHROs HR and Engineering leaders CTOs) in front of our sales team. You own the pipeline number with them.
• SEO and GEO. Grow our organic presence on search engines and inside AI assistants (ChatGPT Claude Perplexity). Being found by AI is as important to us as being found by Google and we are early enough that you can win here.
• Events. Plan and run our presence at conferences executive dinners and our own events end to end: pick them organize them work the room follow up.
• Content and brand. Shape how Anthropos sounds and looks in public: website blog LinkedIn email sales materials. Make the brand feel as good as the product.
• Measurement. Instrument what you do report on what worked kill what didnt and double down fast.
• Structure. As things start working turn them into repeatable processes and eventually into a team you help build.

Who you are

• An entrepreneur at heart who knows marketing. You treat the function like your own business: you spot opportunities act without waiting for permission and own the outcome. Behind that instinct is real experience: years of generalist marketing in startups across demand gen content events and product marketing so you know which levers actually move pipeline.
• Someone who gets things done. You are extremely operational. You default to doing not briefing someone else to do and you bring results fast. You like being measured on them.
• An expert with Claude Code or a heavy daily user of it. We use AI in a very advanced way across the whole company and we expect marketing to work the same way: producing at a pace and volume a traditional marketer cant match. This is a real requirement not a nice-to-have.
• Confident in a startup that moves very fast. We change direction quickly the bar is high and some days are exchange you will learn more in a year here than in five anywhere else. You need to genuinely want that trade.
• A big risk-taker. You launch things that might fail test channels nobody assigned you and own the result either way.
• Not looking for a nine-to-five. This is a startup job and we are honest about what that means: we work quite a lot. If what you want is a predictable 9-to-5 this is not the right fit and thats okay. If you want the intensity because of what you get to build own and learn you will feel at home.
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a near-perfect level. Most of what you produce will be read by an international audience. Italian is a plus.
• Able to work from our offices in Chiasso Ticino. We work in person with one remote day per week (Thursdays). Relocation support is available where possible.
