Tasks

You should be excited by

• Building a product that automates complex compliance workflows.
• Figuring out how AI changes the way software is built.

Youll work directly with the senior founders to tackle both.

Some problems will look like product engineering.

Some will look like AI engineering. Some will look a lot like research.

Youll help us build product features improve AI-powered workflows and continuously push the boundary of what can be automated.

As we grow youll help shape the product the architecture and the engineering culture of the company.

Requirements

Were less interested in your credentials than your trajectory.

We dont have a predefined model of what a great engineer looks like.

Great engineers come from different backgrounds think differently and solve problems differently.
