Founders Associate Intern (Q1 Q2 2027)

NDT Capital Partners is an independent owner-led asset management boutique founded in 2018 and based in Steinhausen Switzerland. We specialize in systematic investment strategies and provide consulting and advisory services to wealth managers and family offices.

As a Founders Associate Intern you will gain exposure to different areas of the business and take ownership of projects from day one. Your work will focus on business development and outreach strategy and consulting and marketing.

• Background in business finance technology or a related field

• Fluency in German and English French or Italian is a plus.

• Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency

• Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach

• Availability for a 3-month paid internship starting in Q1 or Q2 2027

• Openness to work in Steinhausen / Zürich with hybrid arrangements possible

During your internship you will contribute to strategic initiatives support client-facing activities and independently drive projects forward. You will gain practical experience across investments consulting and business development.
