Flight Physics Team Leader

Only candidates with prior Flight Physics working experience in Aerospace will be considered

Model: Fully Onsite

Scope: Full Time

Location: Basel Switzerland

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers fostering technical excellence and collaboration.

• Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics

• Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards

• Drive the development validation and application of flight physics models simulations and analytical tools.

• Interface with systems engineering design structures controls and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.

• Plan and execute budgets with schedules resource and cost perspectives

• Provide technical leadership in design reviews trade studies and program milestones.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering

• 8 years of hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics

• Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations

• Proven leadership experience in managing a team
