To strengthen our Group Finance team in Bubikon Switzerland we are looking for a talented professional to join us as soon as possible or by mutual agreement:

Financial Senior Associate 80 - 100%

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models across business units to support forecasting scenario analysis long-term planning and strategic decision-making;
Support the evaluation of organic growth initiatives and acquisition targets including business case analysis valuation and Due Diligence support;
Prepare financial analyses presentations and reporting materials for investors management and the Board;
Support investor Q&A processes and ad hoc information requests;
Analyze and report business performance key financial drivers profitability and operational KPIs;
Support the CFO on strategic initiatives financing-related topics and other ad hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field;
2-5 years of experience in FP&A transaction services investment banking private equity corporate finance or a similar analytical role;
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills;
Experience analyzing industrial manufacturing or technology businesses is a plus;
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness;
Self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
